For now these are the lowest flows of the whole fall season and are more typical of average fall flows. So anglers can mix it up with that turbine tunnel action at the dam or they can work their way downstream for more traditional drifts thru holes and runs. Without access back to Lake Ontario, those overflow fish are likely goners unless theres a perfectly timed spate of water later this spring.
